If you are unhappy with purchase. We now offer a 7-day return and refund policy. (except earrings) 

All items must be: (except earrings) 

  • Unworn
  • Have no signs of wear or damage
  • In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
  • In all original packaging (box and pouch included)

Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in. Customer is responsible to shipping fees, Shipping cost is non-refundable. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, whatnotz has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

Note: Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of whatnotz.com) must be returned through the company that it was purchased from.

Custom and engraved items are not eligible for our refund policy. 

We do offer a guarantee if the product is defective.
Please refer to our Guarantee and repairs section. As we do stand behind our product.

Repairs (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Wear & tear isn't covered by the guarantee. If an exchange has been approved, send us an email at info@whatnotz.com and send your item to: The Belle Plantation, St. Michael, Barbados.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take to repair the product and to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
