Do you offer curbside pickup? 

Yes we do, at the Whatnotz Showroom only. You have that option when checking out. 

Prices? 

All are prices are quoted in USD, please double up for Barbados currency. 

Where do you from ship from?

We ship from different locations; Barbados, Montreal. In Barbados we offer delivery Island-wide; Express delivery or Same Day delivery (available only within a certain time frame) and Next Day delivery. When in doubt simply message us on WhatsApp.

When is my order shipping?

-Orders are prepared in order they come in. We try our best to prepare order within 24hrs. May take up to 48hrs depending on work flow.
-International order; DHL Express Shipping available at this time, 3-5 Business Days after processing time.
- Curbside Pick-Up ( Barbados Only) available for pick-up next day.
-Island-wide delivery Next-Day and Express delivery available

 

What payment method do you accept? 

-Online : Paypal, Apple Pay, and most major Credit Cards.
-Barbados only:  Cash at curbside Pick-up or Bank transfer (FCIBC), First Pay. Any other Barbados bank will take a few days to clear, so plan accordingly. 

Where can I see and purchase your products? 

Please refer to our stores at the top menu . Please also note not all stores carry the whole line. It is always best to call ahead of time. 

Do you offer custom orders?

We can modify some pieces, and we now offer certain items in solid gold made to order. We offer custom engraving on our mini discs and heart pendants. We also can change the cord for all our knotted bracelets. Please  message us at info@whatnotz.com to find out more.

Do you repair your jewelry? 

Yes we do, please send us a picture, when you bought your piece, how did it break. Some fees might incur. 

Do you replate jewelry?

Yes, we now offer a 14k gold electroplating service for all your pieces. You can send us a message at info@whatnotz.com to find out more.

Can I swim with my jewelry? 

The eternal famous question, yes you can! But at your own risk. Please refer to our jewelry care section for more in depth instructions on how to care for your pieces. 

What materials is my jewelry made of? 

All jewelry is made of sterling at the base and then plated with rhodium for a white finish or 18k gold , which we call gold vermeil. To learn more please refer to jewelry care section. 

Do you engrave? 

Yes, we carry certain styles that can be customiozed with a personal engraving. Prices vary.

How long does it take to get a piece engraved? 

It takes approximetaly 2-3 business days to get it engraved.
