Repair Policy

We may repair damaged merchandise within 30 days of purchase. If the repair is authorized, shipping instructions will be provided. Please note additional repairs not under warranty are offered at a nominal repair fee.  

Damages caused by failure to follow the product’s care instructions, accident, misuse, modification, and attempted repair, ordinary wear and tear may not be subject to repair or consideration for replacement. Please note tarnishing is also not covered by any warranty. 

If your purchase was made at a whatnotz authorized retailer, you will need to return the item to the point of purchase. Policies may vary depending on the point of purchase.

After contacting Customer Care, the approved repairs may be provided to the merchandise. Repairs can typically take up to 6-8 weeks depending on the nature of the repair. If the same product is not available for exchange or repair, a credit will be issued. Some repairs may incur a fee.

The re-thread of a bracelet can usually be done within 48-36hrs for a fee. 

Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our criteria.  Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with repaired goods.
