I was SO excited to purchase this piece as I've lusted after it from afar, online for way too long until I was back in island to order one. So many friends have one and I am always drawn to it.
The quality of the materials is great, and the design is simple and elegant. My ONLY problem (and it's a big one for me) is that no matter what I do, the double-knotted cord loosens multiple times over the course of the day, even if I'm just lounging at home or on my computer and not being physically active. When it loosens, the charm knocks against everything and I'm so worried I'm going to lose it one day that I don't wear it as much as when I first bought it a month ago as I got annoyed constantly tightening it. Maybe I just got a dud. I'll definitely still wear it, but I have to be very conscious of checking it hasn't loosened to make sure I don't lose it! Would love to see a new design with a clasp.
