Do you offer curbside pickup?
Yes. Curbside pickup is available at the Whatnotz Showroom. Simply select this option at checkout and you’ll be notified when your order is ready.
Are prices listed in USD?
Yes, all prices on whatnotz.com are listed in USD.
For customers in Barbados, simply double the USD price to calculate the BBD equivalent.

Do you provide special packaging?
Yes. During the holiday season and for special occasions, we offer upgraded gift packaging. This option can be selected at checkout or requested in store.
Does Whatnotz offer jewelry repairs?
Yes, we do. Please email us a photo of the item, your purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. Repair fees may apply.
Do you offer replating services?
Yes. We offer 14k gold electroplating services. Please contact info@whatnotz.com for more information.
Can I swim with my Whatnotz jewelry?
You can, but it is at your own risk. To extend the life of your pieces, we recommend following the care guidelines outlined in our Jewelry Care Guide.
