Shipping
All Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. We use different fulfilment center for each collection. Our main day to day operations are in Barbados where we ship out out Barbados Collection and Everyday Essentials. The Montreal Collection ships out of Canada.
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed.
We now offer in Barbados only: Same-Day and Next-Day delivery. Your order must be placed before noon: island-time. We also offer a pick-up service at The Whatnotz Showroom in the Belle St. Michael. Please see below more for more details.
All International orders ship with DHL Express which usually take 3-5 business days after your order has be processed.

- Express Weekly Local Delivery : $15.00USD (Guaranteed same day *except Saturday + Sundays - norders must be placed before 12pm)
- Free Local Delivery on orders of $200 USD and more.

Shipping Policy
We are not responsible for lost/damaged items that may occur during transit. Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address, once proof of delivery is provided, we are no longer responsible for the whereabouts of your package.
Most international orders do incur customs fees upon arrival to the destination, customers will be contacted via the shipping service to pay these dues in order to receive the package. We are not responsible for any custom fees upon arrival.
